Born and raised in Chicago, I moved to Southern California, twice. The first time was to attend UC San Diego where I met my husband. Shortly after graduating and giving birth to a daughter, I moved back to the Midwest, this time to Champaign, IL where I received my Ph.D. in Education. During that time, I was a technical writer, newsletter editor, and researcher in higher education.
Now, I’m back in Southern California writing romantic suspense novels and creating kiln-formed glass art.
Canyon Rescue is my first romantic suspense novel. Twelve days rafting the Colorado River and researching the history and dangers of the Canyon inspired me to write this book.
I am an active member of RWA and RWA-San Diego.
